One-on-One Counseling

In the past few years, mental health issues have seen a rise. It could be due to competitiveness fuelled by the social media, pandemic, politics, profession, studies or changing social structures. Once affected, it is usually difficult for an individual to seek help. The taboo around mental health also makes the situation worse.

My approach to one on one counselling and therapy is based on the principle of trust, confidentiality and change from within. I ensure that the person has a safe space to be able to speak their mind and seek treatment for the long term.

Understanding the root cause of the issue, being aware of the triggers, acquiring healthy habits and bringing out meaningful change in an individual’s life are some of the many goals one can achieve through effective counselling and therapy at Imprint.

Relationship (Couple) Counselling

You and your partner’s desires and aspirations, along with the responsibilities towards one another can become ground for conflict. This can sometimes grow bigger and start affecting the people involved deeply.

I take sessions together and separately to understand the matter thoroughly.

My method of relationship counselling employs scientific techniques such as Social Exchange Theory, Attachment Theory, Triangular Theory of Love and Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT). These methods aim to improve communication, self-awareness, empathy, intimacy, emotional availability and relation with the extended family of your partner.
