Do you find yourself mindlessly scrolling through social media or browsing the internet for hours on end? Recognizing these habits is the first step towards understanding your relationship with your phone.
Now that you know you are addicted to your phone, here are the simplest, easy-to-implement ways to overcome your addiction.
1 Stop charging your phone near your bed
You’ll be tempted to check it at night and use it in the morning. You can’t do this if it’s away from you.

5. Set a clear intention
For why you’re picking up your phone and put it aside as soon as you’re done. This will stop you from mindlessly scrolling through your phone.
