Who am I? What are my strengths and weaknesses? What are limiting belief systems? Which personality type am I? And what is the purpose of my life?

These are quintessential questions for every human being. The ability to answer them gives you leverage in your personal and professional life.

An individual with a high level of self-awareness can understand their strengths, weaknesses, what drives them or discourages them, and other aspects of their personality. Further, we are more confident and creative when we see ourselves clearly; we make more informed decisions, establish stronger relationships, and have more effective communication. We’re less likely to lie, cheat, and steal. We are better workers who get more promotions. We are also more effective leaders, with happier employees and more profitable companies.
